Darfur exposes trait of Arab politics
The trajedy unfolding in Darfur would be shocking if it were not a repeat of other acts of pure genocide. That the "first" world ignores this problem speaks to a massive breakdown in the mechanisms meant to prevent these atrocities. This would truly be a place for "pre-emptive" action.
