A shocking lack of the most basic human care must be applied to the failure of the first world in Africa. One can only hope that this film brings some much needed publicity to this horror. This -- not the oil for food mess -- should be Kofi Annan's downfall. Genocide does not begin to describe what has been happening for the last ten years.
