Shoes Dropping
In the wake of last November's election, it has seemed pointless to keep a steady tatoo on the Bush decision to invade Iraq. But the London Times just won't let us forget how pre-ordained and pre-determined the whole business truly was. This piece from Salon, which digests much of the material from the Times is chilling to ponder. Was there a time, when the question of the invasion was not off the table. Colin Powells' memoirs will be fascinating. http://www.salon.com/politics/war_room/index.html?blog=/politics/war_room/2005/06/13/dsm_briefing/index.html
